1. Scope of Service

As Almanya Davul Zurna Ekibi, we provide professional drum and zurna services in Germany and neighboring European countries. The information provided on our site is for information purposes.

2. Reservation and Payment

Reservations are confirmed after mutual approval and (if necessary) payment of a deposit. Pricing varies by duration, location, and type of event.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Confirmed bookings cannot be cancelled. Once a booking becomes binding, the team and equipment are scheduled for that date and the organisation is prepared accordingly.

• After a booking becomes binding it cannot be cancelled, and the deposit is not refunded.
• Rescheduling is not treated as a cancellation and is assessed according to team availability. The request must reach us at least 14 days before the event.
• Cases of force majeure (natural disaster, official ban, bereavement) are excluded from this clause; in such cases a replacement date is agreed together.

4. Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for ensures the suitability of the area where the team will perform and obtaining necessary permits.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (design, text, images) is under the rights of Almanya Davul Zurna Ekibi and cannot be copied without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our team commits to providing timely and professional service at all times. However, no liability is accepted for delays caused by force majeure (traffic accident, natural disaster, etc.).
