2. Reservation and Payment

Reservations are confirmed after mutual approval and (if necessary) payment of a deposit. Pricing varies by duration, location, and type of event.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• The right to refund/change is reserved for cancellations made up to 14 days before the event date.
• For cancellations between 7-14 days, a deduction can be made based on the service capacity.
• For cancellations made less than 7 days before the event, the deposit will not be refunded due to the team's program loss for that day.

4. Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for ensures the suitability of the area where the team will perform and obtaining necessary permits.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (design, text, images) is under the rights of Almanya Davul Zurna Ekibi and cannot be copied without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our team commits to providing timely and professional service at all times. However, no liability is accepted for delays caused by force majeure (traffic accident, natural disaster, etc.).
